What payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards (secure online payment): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ALMA (payment in 3 or 4 installments without fees) from €300, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
We do not offer payment combining multiple methods. Your order must be paid for using only one payment method (credit card, ALMA, PayPal, etc.).
Why is my card being rejected when I try to pay for my purchases?
Several reasons can explain a payment refusal with your credit card: insufficient funds (in this case consider a payment in installments), incorrect credit card details (e.g., incorrect card number, CVV or expiry date), suspicion of fraudulent activity...
Do I have to incur additional fees to pay with Alma?
Installment payments with ALMA are free of charge for you; we cover 100% of the commission charged by our partner.
How does the pre-order process work?
The pre-order process is identical to a normal order, except that the product is not available when you place your order. Your pre-order requires immediate payment, which guarantees your product's reservation. It will be delivered to you as a priority when the model becomes available.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the Eurozone.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been confirmed?
You must contact customer service very quickly to change your delivery address; this will only be possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order in France?
Delivery of your order within mainland France typically takes 2 days from the moment you confirm your order. Delivery may take slightly longer to island areas (e.g., Corsica).
How long will it take to receive my order in Europe?
It takes a maximum of 5 working days for delivery of your order in Europe from the moment you have validated your order.
Returns
General information regarding returns
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of your order to return the delivered item for exchange or refund, at your discretion, without penalties except for return shipping costs.
The "Product Returns Service" must be informed in advance by email at info@laboiteconcept.com before returning the merchandise.
What is your return policy?
To exercise your right of return, the product must not have been opened or powered on. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging , without any damage, and complete.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it has been received and accepted by CC LAB – La Boite concept. Returns that do not comply with CC LAB's conditions will not be accepted.
Laboiteconcept.com reserves the right to issue a refund within fifteen (15) days, using a method agreed upon with you. Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the packaging.
